Hey guys! I hope you had a great Labor Day Weekend!! Now its back to reality but that’s good because we have to live our best life during the real times.
This article should really be about everyday motivation but Mondays are usually the hardest days for some people, so I decided to make this article about Monday motivation.
Once you are alive, this means you are entitled to a second chance. So embrace life and you are closer to making a positive change in your life.
Please get rid of the Monday blues and get inspired. How do you do this? This is what you should do, change the way you think, become one with positivity, seek out people who brings positive energy around you and get rid of the negativity, and you will be inspired not just on Mondays but everyday.
It seems like Monday is the day that people “detest.” I use to be that girl who never looked forward to Mondays.
Monday was always the hardest days for me to get out of bed. Honestly, I am still not the early morning go-getter on a Monday or any day really, haha. However, I did get better at being a happier person on Mondays. One of the main things that helped me is I changed my thought process. Getting rid of the constant negative thoughts and pulling in the positive vibes. When I wake up, I tell myself today is going to be a positive and a great day! And yes I do believe it, aah that’s the only way it works.

Start your health journey, take a workout class, educate yourself on wellness and how to properly take care of your body.
Start a new routine and stick to it. Most important put yourself first, I know your like what? Yes put yourself first before everyone else.
No you do not have to have it ALL together before you can help others but it’s less stress to help others when you are not feeling burden-down.
Once you are confident about your life and you feel like you are winning, then you can help others.
Do things that will make you happy, whatever it maybe as long as you are not hurting anyone.
Try smiling more often, even better just laugh, it feels great.
Find a new perspective in life: such as new ways of living, and saying yes to new opportunities.
