SMOOTHIES/ NATURAL JUICES

Hey guys! Its been a while since I created a smoothie recipe on Healthybymleee.com. I think this time of year is the best time to do so. Smoothies are great for meal replacements like breakfast and dinner. Hence, the smoothie recipes below are what I used for my latest detox regimen and on regular days.

SMOOTHIE #1

 

1 Cup of spinach

2 Cups almond milk

1 Cup Water

1 Table spoon of greek yogurt

1 Tea spoon of flax-seed oil

A hand full of pineapples 

A hand full of frozen mangos

5 Strawberries 

A hand full of raspberries

SMOOTHIE #2

 

1 Beet root

 A small piece of ginger

1  1/2 cup of orange juice

2 Cups of water

1 hand full of pineapples

1 hand full of strawberries 

Half of green apple

SMOOTHIE#3

2 cups of coconut water

1/2 cup water

1 cup of spinach

1 ripe pear

1/2 banana

1 green apple
